This QA840A series waterproof charger is a newly developed smart charger for the electric motorcycle market by our R&D team. The waterproof performance reaches IP65 and IP67 can be customized. The appearance of this series of chargers adopts an integrated die-cast aluminum process and is equipped with a side plastic handle. It is a compact and portable charger. The QA840A series charger uses a glue filling process to achieve waterproof, dustproof and shockproof functions.<\/p>\n

The AC power wire of this charger needs to be replaced with an adapter cable. The charger is set to automatically input a wide voltage of 100V-264VAC; technically, PFC and LLC resonant circuits are used. An optional built-in vehicle anti-walking relay can be used; it can be made with CAN protocol, without a built-in 12V3A controllable auxiliary power supply. The charger has an output constant power function, and AC voltage detection and temperature detection circuit functions.<\/p>\n

At present, the QA840A series products have passed relevant tests and certificates such as RCM SAA IEC CE FCC ETL. This series of products has stable performance, a factory qualified rate of 100%, and a product defect rate of less than 0.3% during the warranty.<\/p>\n

So far, QA840A series chargers are widely used in high-speed electric motorcycles, golf carts, electric ride-on floor sweepers, floor scrubbers and road cleaning vehicles, etc. Suitable for different battery capacities range 60AH, 80AH ,100AH,120AH, 150AH,160AH,200AH. It is widely used for Charging lithium batteries\\lithium iron phosphate batteries, lead-acid to lithium batteries, etc.<\/p>\n
